Gaza Aid Kitchen is a grassroots humanitarian organization operating within Gaza, a region where prolonged conflict, economic blockade, and infrastructure collapse have created severe and persistent food insecurity. Its primary mission is to combat hunger by delivering immediate, life-sustaining assistance to people living in emergency zones areas heavily affected by displacement, violence, or limited access to essential services. The organization focuses especially on under-served communities, including families in overcrowded shelters, children, the elderly, and individuals who have lost their livelihoods due to ongoing instability.
Through community-based kitchens and mobile food distribution efforts, Gaza Aid Kitchen provides hot meals, food parcels, and nutritional support to those most in need. These interventions are not only about alleviating hunger but also about restoring dignity and a sense of care in environments where daily survival is uncertain.

As news of the growing humanitarian crisis in Gaza reached the Salama's Family, they were moved to take immediate and tangible action. What began as a small, personal endeavour to support a few local families has since grown into a fully functioning aid kitchen, a lifeline for hundreds of children and families who face daily hunger and hardships.
The Gaza Aid Kitchen operates in direct partnership with friends in United Sites who understand the needs on the ground and ensure meals reach those who need them most.
Our brothers and Sisters in the United States of America, who prefer to remain anonymous have been the learning stone for this project by mobilising resources to the hungry Palestinian families.
It should be noted that the kitchen is fully monitored and operated by the local Palestinians headed by Salama's family
We believe: No one should go to bed hungry. Feeding someone is a basic act of love. Every meal served is a seed of hope
